#iLoveTBC , Day 7 - Write

The #iLove-total-body-challenge combines fitness and self discovery for thirty (30) of commitment. It's a healthy type of self love that's similar to a makeover but from the inside out. 

Your success is based off of your dedication to yourself and the hearts ability to persevere. What advice would you give to your younger self on getting through rough times? How would you help the 'younger you' stick to the plan and not give up?

I've included a few items in this post to prompt some ideas. First we have the pic-spiration or inspirational picture. Second is a link to a recording I did with some friends on the same subject, #DearMe. And third I wanted to add the "iLove Pledge" to add positive energy.

One more thing, just one, reach out and inspire others to adopt self love into their lives. Sometimes we can be hardest on ourselves and paste our failures to our forehead. So when life gets challenging be kind, reach out to the sky, shine on & dance it off. See you at Zumba(R).
